We reached ou,t to cancel our insurance and did NOT want to renew the insurance and we did not recieve an email of confirmation for the cancellation of the insurance. Tried reaching out multiple times and she was never in office didnt reply to emails in timely manner and now shes trying to bill for a month that was supposed to be cancelled! would not recommend to anyone"
